for the nearest ones, but you may go to Cap d'Agde, Sète also).
* 4 Kms from the outskirts of Béziers, and commercial centers (Auchan,
Géant Casino, Leclerc).
* 30 kms from mountains of "Hauts du Languedoc":
a lot of activities and walks during summer
* 1h about from Spain
* 40 minutes from Montpellier
* 1h from Carcassonne and its medieval city,
* 1h from Nîmes and its roman vestiges
* 25 minutes from Pézenas, Molière's town
* 30 minutes from Sète's harbour, Brassens'town
* 30 minutes from Narbonne
* 1 h from the Pyrénées mountains
Easy access by motorways A9, A75 and RN113,
very quiet place, situated near a small hill, in the open country,
near our property

Description of the Gite:
Located at 100 m from the farmer's Domaine, it's a very nice self-contained
house with a big patio. There is also a vineyard which surrounds it.
It includes:
* a veranda
* a nice living-room with colour TV and many foreign channels: Sky-news,
CNN, Galavision, German channels, Eurosport...and a sofa-bed
for 2 people
* A big nice kitchen with a cooker, a micro-wave and electric ovens
and a refrigerator with freezer on the top, electric coffeepot.
There is a place to eat in this kitchen.
* A bathroom with shower, wash-basin, bidet, and a washing machine
* An independant toilet
* Two large bedrooms equiped with a double bed in the first room and
a double-bed and a single bed in the second one.
* a corridor serving bedrooms
* a shaded area in the garden, including table and chairs with
barbecue equipment. Also two chair lounges for relaxing and
a swings set for children
* independent and closed parking
electric heating during cold period
There are also at the tenants'disposal,
an iron and of course all the modern conveniences.

TARIFFS
"HERE"
Our tariffs include 8 KW electricity per day. 0.15
€ per extra Kilowatt will be paid on departure
The booking starts from Saturday at 4 P.M. to the next Saturday
at 10 A.M.
We do not receive anyone after 10 P.M.
Terms of Payment:
A booking will be considered as such on receipt of a
25% deposit. The balance will be paid one month before
arrival. A 1000 FF deposit for breakage will be requested on your
arrival, which will be given back to you on your departure
according to the condition of the "gite".
Other services:
Booking for sheets: 8 € per bed
Booking for towels: 7 € by 2 people
Cleaning: 35 euros
